There are several variants of access to the "Corporate Telephone Card" service:

1. Ordinary algorithm with a dial-tone telephone set.
2. With the help of an operator.
3. If a customer has a private branch exchange or a digital telephone set, the access to the service can be fully automated - customer's telephone equipment will be programmed for automated calls to the system access telephone number and input of the PIN code. In this case it is possible to use a "router" system, when the telephone line and customer's telephone set are connected in a special way, allowing to replace dialing the "eight" by dialing the access number and the PIN code.

The corporate card allows to make following operations:

• Replenishment of one card or of a group of cards from the amount on customer's account;
• Withdrawal of all funds or of a fixed amount from one card or from a group of cards and their adding to the account;
• Blocking and unblocking of one card or of a group of cards associated with the same account;
• Closing of available or adding of new cards to the account;
• Getting information about calls made from the cards owned by one corporate account;

Users of the corporate telephone card can call to a special telephone number 504-4046 in order to get access to the system in automated mode with an abridged dialogue scenario.
